We do not yet have a fully automated order status system. However if you want to find out where you order is, please Contact Us with your order number or email address and we'll happily give you an update.
You can find your order number on the email you received when you placed your order. If you don't have this just email us and we can normally find the order from your name, post code, email address or other details.
If your order has not arrived within 8 working days of the date you placed the order, please Contact Us and we’ll do everything we can to track your order down
If we conclude that the order has been lost in the post, we’ll usually re-send the order and re-claim the cost back from Royal Mail.

Occasionally, orders are placed with incorrect address information. Typically this relates to miss-typed post codes or out-of-date records in PayPal, eBay or Google checkout. In these cases, we do not re-send orders at our cost, so please ensure that your address is accurate and that PayPal etc. have up-to-date records.
If you have used the wrong address, contact us ASAP as we'll happily change the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
