Returns & Refunds Policy

At babble kids we want you and your little one to be 100% happy with your new product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can return the item for a full refund or exchange. We ask that all items to be returned to us within 30 days of receipt in perfect saleable condition (the swing tag does not have to be attached). Items purchased during a Sale will also get 30 days. Please note that we do not refund the original purchase delivery fee, however we do offer a free returns service for UK customers only. 

Returns - UK Customers Only

You can return your item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is in saleable condition. All goods will be inspected on return and it is your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure that it's packed properly and can't get damaged on the way. We try our very best to accept all returns and they don't have to be in the original bag, as long as they are securely packed. In the unlikely event that the item is in an unsuitable condition, we have the right to send it back to the buyer and decline a refund. 

Please note that any items returned to us by mistake will be the senders responsibility. 

Returns are free for the UK customers. If you would like to return your item then please follow these steps:

  1. 1. Contact us to let us know that you are returning your item(s) and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  2. 2. We will let you decide whether you would like a prepaid envelope sent out to you or if you would like to return the parcel and we can refund using your local post office and the amount you pay we will refund in full. 
  3. 3. When we have received your parcel, we'll either process a full refund or dispatch your new items.

Returns - International Customers

Depending on the options available in your country, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items. Please obtain proof of posting.

Exchange Your Item - UK Customers Only

You can exchange your item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is in saleable condition. The original item price does not have to been the same as the price of the new item that you require. If the new item is more expensive than the original item, you will have to pay the additional fee before we can dispatch the new item. If the original item is cheaper than the new item then we will refund you the difference. 

We will need to receive the original item before dispatching the new item. To return your item please go to your local post office, once we have received your item we will dispatch the new item you require the same day and refund you the postal cost. 

All exchanged items will be sent to the original delivery address using the same delivery service as your original order. 


Exchange Your Item - International Customers

Currently we are not able to offer an exchange for International customers. You will have to return you order for a full refund and place a new order. 

As International customers, you can return your parcel using any postal service. We ask you obtain a proof of postage receipt so that if your parcel goes missing on the way back to us, you'll have roof you sent it. 

It can take up-to 28 working days for your parcel to reach our warehouse in the UK. Once we have received your returns, we will process a full refund. We will notify you when this has been done.
